Automotive Maintenance (18SG)

This class is for the student who wants to learn basic automobile maintenance. It will include demonstrations on how to change brakes, tires and oil on an automobile, and how to diagnose engine problems. Instructors will review automotive operations and common repair techniques. Students will become familiar with the basics of preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and the operational systems of the automobile.

Class is open to active USW employees; retirees and spouses may participate if no active worker is prevented from participating based upon course availability, as per the ICD Policy.

Seven (7) sessions, every Tuesday.
Class size limited to eight (8).
