Join our instructor from ICA for this three-day class plus one day in the field. This is a unique opportunity to learn in person by conducting actual home inspections at local properties with the instructor. This course teaches how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The course covers structure, exteriors, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation/ventilation systems, report writing, and business development and marketing. Average inspections pay between $300–$500 and take about 2–3 hours based on age and square footage of the property. You do not have to be an expert in construction!

Four (4) sessions, Tuesday–Thursday mornings or evenings. Field: Saturday or Sunday morning.
