Healthcare in Retirement (19SG)

It is estimated that a 65-year old couple will spend about $250,000 during retirement on healthcare expenses. This includes insurance premiums and out of pocket cost. This can be a big drain on retirement income. With careful planning, this number can be reduced allowing for a more enjoyable retirement.

This workshop will discuss ways to manage this cost and discuss how Medicare really works. All retirees after age 65 must go on Medicare. Find out what is covered and what is not. Women often spend more on medical care than men because of their longer life expectancies. These are important topics for anyone approaching retirement.

One (1) session, Wednesday evening.
Class size limited to twenty (20).
