This course is being offered to students who want to learn how to create sweet & delectable cookies & pastries for the holiday season. The first week of the class will focus on seasonal cookies & week two will feature other holiday treats. Students will learn from Chef Stacey Caudill, a Certified Executive Pastry Chef whose professional experience in the hospitality industry has included providing magnificent pastry at five-star Las Vegas Resort & Casinos, five-star Pittsburgh restaurants & teaching at top regional culinary schools.
