Small Engine Repair (Fall)

Starting at the basics, you will be guided through the how’s and why’s of small gas engines such as chain saw chains and tune-ups of both two and four cycle engines, with the emphasis on air-cooled overhead valve small engines. During the hands-on portion, you will be able to bring in your own equipment, troubleshoot and repair it to your satisfaction. The instructor will oversee and guide your work. Repairs can consist of anything from minor tune-ups to complete overhauls.
