The Art of Sausage Making (19FL) *New Dates*
It seems daunting, but yes, you can make sausage at home. Once you learn the fundamentals, you can make almost any sausage, from spicy Italian to an awesome lamb masala to whatever meat and seasoning combo you dream up. We will cover delicious recipes for all kinds of sausage. This class will teach you everything you need to know to take on this rewarding project.
