Knife Sharpening (24FL)
This “Bring Your Own Knife” sharpening class provides a hands-on approach to learning the proper techniques for knife sharpening and maintenance. Participants will gain experience in assessing blade condition, selecting the right sharpening tools, and applying effective sharpening and honing methods. The course covers the essentials of maintaining sharp, efficient cutting edges, along with care and handling of sharpening tools to ensure their longevity and effectiveness. Each student will receive a knife sharpening kit and mat to take home.
