Chef’s Knife (26SG)
Active USW employees only
In this class, each student will forge an 8–10 inch kitchen knife from high-carbon steel, heat treat, grind, and fit it with a finished handle ready for use. Lunch is provided.
One (1) session, Saturday morning.
Class size limited to six (6).
