Brisket Smoking (25SG)
Event Details
Learn the methods for crafting the perfect smoked brisket in this hands-on course. Tailored for both beginners and “seasoned” barbecue enthusiasts, this class covers every step of the brisket smoking process. Participants will learn how to select the right cut of meat, prepare, season, and manage the smoking process. Each student will be preparing their own ½ brisket from seasoning and prep through the cooking process to enjoy in class and to take home—if there are any leftovers after class.

Active USW employees only

Two ( 2 ) sessions, Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Class size limited to fifteen ( 15 ).
