Class Schedule

Join our instructor from ICA for this two-day class plus one day in the field. This is a unique opportunity to learn in person by conducting actual home inspections at local properties with the instructor. This course teaches how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The course covers structure, exteriors, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation/ventilation systems, report writing, and business development and marketing. Average inspections pay between $300-$500 and take about 2-3 hours based on age and square footage of the property. You do not have to be an expert in construction!Requires online course. Three ( 3 ) sessions, two ( 2 ) classroom, one ( 1 ) field day, all day Saturday and Sunday Class size limited to twenty-five ( 25 ).
