Basic Hydraulics (morning)

Week 1– Hydraulic Power System

This course will provide you with the skills to connect and operate hydraulic systems. Course content includes circuit design and diagraming, system build and process monitoring. Utilizing the Amatrol 850 series hydraulic trainer, this skills-based program allows students to set up and test hydraulic circuits using state-of-the-art industrial components.

Week 2 – Principles of Hydraulic Pressure and Flow

An overview of the theory and principles of fluid power rounds out this course. You will learn to properly connect circuitry, start-up and operate a hydraulic power supply. Utilizing the Amatrol 850 series hydraulic trainer, this skills-based program allows participants to connect and operate hydraulic systems using state of the art industrial components.

NOTE: This class is offered in both the morning and the evening. Please register for the time slot that you believe you will be able to attend most often. However, you may attend either time slot as needed to accommodate your work schedule. Please just let the instructor and Tamara (the ICD Coordinator) know ahead of time.
