Blade Smith Blacksmithing Intro (25FL)

Active USW employees only

Each student will make a simple knife with integral bottle opener. They will also learn basic metal forging techniques, how to forge basic blade shape, forging a taper and scroll, basic heat treating principles including normalizing, austenitizing, and tempering. Lunch is provided.

One ( 1 ) session, Saturday morning.
