Canning & Preserving – Saving the Season (24SG)

If you want to preserve summer’s bounty of fruits and vegetables, here’s where to start. Students will learn what equipment, utensils and supplies are needed. The class will cover canning and preserving tomatoes, vegetables, fruits and how to make jellies and jams. 100% hands-on class!

Three ( 3 ) session, Monday evenings.
Class size limited to fifteen ( 15 ).
