Damascus Hunter (25FL)

Active USW employees only

On the first day of class, students will start by going over some basic techniques and materials and then weld a few billets of Damascus from high-quality carbon steels. Then, students will forge a blade from their Damascus billet and heat treat it. On Day 2, students will be using a power hammer, hydraulic press, milling machine, bandsaw, drill press, and belt grinders. Lunch is provided.

Two ( 2 ) sessions, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
