Easy as Pie! (19FL)
If at first you don’t succeed – pie, pie again! Join us for this hands-on class and learn the essential pie-making skills all bakers should know. The instructor will walk you through the steps for mixing, rolling and baking perfectly flaky crusts every time. Students will learn the intricacies of custard based pies in time for Thanksgiving.
One (1) session, Wednesday evening.
