Intro to Butchercraft (26SG)

Active USW employees only

This course provides an overview of the art of butchery and an inside look at the industry. It covers essential tools, techniques, and safety. Participants will gain practical experience in meat cutting under expert guidance. Ideal for those new to the field or seeking foundational skills. This class will also teach you how to save money by buying larger cuts of meat and cutting it yourself.

Four (4) sessions, Tuesday evenings.
Class size limited to eight (8).
