Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting (18SG)

This course is required for any contractor or maintenance employee that will be conducting an activity in a pre-1978 house or child-occupied facility (daycare center) where paint will be disturbed. The training explains the steps necessary to keep the paint dust and debris from spreading to other areas in the house and the proper cleaning techniques. A certification lasting 5 years is provided upon successful completion.
