Pasta & Sauces from Scratch (19FL)

Learn about ingredients, flavors and simple pasta dishes that you can make like a pro! This class covers authentic sauces and marinades including:

  • Penne Rigate with Artichokes
  • Ricotta & Spinach Gnocchi
  • Meatballs in Brandy
  • Fried Mozzarella Sandwiches

Optional student purchase:
Marcato 8320 Atlas Pasta Machine and Bellemain Large Ravioli Maker – $50 plus tax per student

Three (3) sessions, Thursday mornings or evenings.
