Sausage Making (24FL)

In this hands-on sausage making workshop, students will experience the craft of making sausages from selecting and grinding meat to seasoning and casing. The course also emphasizes food safety and sanitation. By the end, you will be able to create your own sausage recipes and prepare them for cooking or smoking.
