Sausage Making (26SR)
Members are invited to attend this free class with instructor Ben Buchanon to learn the sausage making process. Come join us and enjoy learning and taking home some delicious sausage from class.
In this hands-on sausage making workshop, students will experience the craft of making sausages from selecting and grinding meat to seasoning and casing. The course also emphasizes food safety and sanitation. By the end, you will be able to create your own sausage recipes and prepare them for cooking or smoking.
Active USW employees only
One (1) session, Thursday evening.
