Seriously Smoked Workshop (21SG)
Do you have a smoker sitting in your backyard unused or thinking about buying a smoker but do not know what to buy? Come to this class and get all the info and skills you need to cook like a pro! Lots of recipes like smoked brisket and ribs, smoked salmon dip, chipotle mayo, root beer BBQ sauce, smoked artichokes and tomatoes and smoked cheesecake for dessert. Come to class and enjoy!
