Turkish Cuisine (25SG)

Expand your palate and your culinary skills with this introduction to Turkish cooking and cuisine. Students will get an overview of spices & techniques to experiment with and will be making a main course and side dishes. Bring your appetite as this hands-on experience will include a variety of foods to sample and also prepare in class.
