Hot & Cold Smoking (18SG)
Learn the craft of salting, smoking and curing, whether building on your own experience or for the new-at-this. This hands-on training, using the Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smokehouse and accessories, will teach techniques in preparing and cooking a variety of foods using both hot and cold smoking methods. Each student will receive recipes (including rubs) to help you master the art and impress your friends and family!
Four (4) sessions, Wednesdays (no class 6/6); choose mornings or evenings.
Class size limited to fifteen (15).
