Join our instructor from ICA for this three-day class plus one day in the field. This is a unique opportunity to learn in person by conducting actual home inspections at local properties with the instructor. This course teaches how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The course covers structure, exteriors, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation/ventilation systems, report writing, and business development and marketing. Damascus Hunter (25FL)

Active USW employees only On the first day of class, students will start by going over some basic techniques and materials and then weld a few billets of Damascus from high-quality carbon steels.
