All About Smokers (17FL)
Learn tips and tricks needed in the craft of salting, smoking, and curing. Class will use the Masterbuilt Digital Electric Smokehouse for a hands on experience applying techniques for adding these flavors to a variety of foods.
Four (4) sessions, Thursday evenings.
