Healthy Lifestyle Workshop- Get Moving! 5:30pm
Kick start your summer with this workshop taught by Local Motion fitness experts! Participants will learn the benefits of being active and what types and levels of exercise can help overcome CPS (couch potato syndrome). Learn easy-to-do stretches and see how incorporating small exercises into your daily routine can build strength and bring energy back so you can get moving!
Each session is limited to 20 attendees. Retirees, Spouses and Family members may participate as space is available.
