How to Start & Run a Small Business (24FL)

Great opportunity to learn during this four-day workshop with instructor Scott Williams who has helped many USW members get their small businesses up and running with his expertise and knowledge. Planning before starting is an important step toward operating a successful business. Many students have said to Scott that they wish they would have taken this course before starting a business. This is an introductory course that teaches the basics of starting any type of small business. This course will focus on licenses/permits, location, deductible expenses, insurance, recordkeeping, and legal decisions. After you have taken this class, you will clearly understand what is required to start a small business.

Spouses are welcome to attend. Students can switch class times during the four days of classes and you are not required to attend every day. This is a workshop opportunity with open class times being made available for those who want to work directly with Scott in person.

Four ( 4 ) sessions, Monday through Thursday mornings or evenings.
Class size limited to fifteen ( 15 ).
