Want to give up tobacco for good? There are steps you can take to help you stay tobacco-free; both now and long term. Attend this program and begin your journey towards nicotine freedom!
This is an 8-week program; but you only need to attend 4 or 5 sessions to reach your goal.
Family members are encouraged to attend with the member.
Eight (8) sessions, Wednesday evenings.
Class size limited to ten (10).
