This course provides participants with an introduction to Asian Cuisine. The preparation and methods of cooking for three types of Asian food will be explored each week. This program is suitable for students of all skill levels. Students will sample & learn to prepare tasty foods unique to China, Japan & Thailand. Beginners in the kitchen will learn the basics & come away with the confidence to cook independently.
