This is a unique opportunity to learn in person by conducting actual home inspections at local properties with the instructor. This course teaches how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The course covers structure, exteriors, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation/ventilation systems, report writing, and business development and marketing. Each student will create a steel rose or other type of flower. We will texture and fold the petals to give a life-like appearance and add a stem. If time allows, we will make additional flowers. Only one (1) finished flower is guaranteed. No welding skills are required for this class. This class is taught by Andrew Takach.
