This is a unique opportunity to learn in person by conducting actual home inspections at local properties with the instructor. This course teaches how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The course covers structure, exteriors, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation/ventilation systems, report writing, and business development and marketing. Each student will create a steel rose or other type of flower. We will texture and fold the petals to give a life-like appearance and add a stem. If time allows, we will make additional flowers. Only one (1) finished flower is guaranteed. No welding skills are required for this class. This class is taught by Andrew Takach. On the popular TV show, Forged in Fire (season 4, episode 13), Andrew competed and ultimately won with his Shamshir sword.
