Home Inspection (25FL)

Join our instructor from ICA for this three-day class plus one day in the field. This is a unique opportunity to learn in person by conducting actual home inspections at local properties with the instructor. This course teaches how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to real estate agents and mortgage professionals. The course covers structure, exteriors, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation/ventilation systems, report writing, and business development and marketing.
